m. kids is collecting Pop tabs to help families served by Ronald McDonald House. A Special shout out to Hailey and the Barrino Family. Each week Hailey brings a baggie full of tabs she collected from Family and Friends! Awesome Girl!

Peek Inside Discoverylane

Every weekend m. kids of all ages attend services designed especially for them. Parents know we offer Developmentally appropriate, Safe, and Irresistable environments for kids to KNOW and GROW in relationship with Jesus!

Discoverylane serves children 6weeks -5years of age.

Take a peek into your childs experience!

Each week as Mosaic Families and Guests arrive they are greeted by a member of our Hub team. Kids are checked in and receive a warm welcome and a security tag. Giggles and smiles abound as kids move into environments created with them in mind!

m. kids Nursery serves children 6 weeks -2 yrs. Your child will interact with trained adults in a safe and secure environment filled with age appropriate toys, books, and equiptment as well as praise baby music and video. Every child learns that church is a safe and fun place to learn.

Each week Toddlers and Preschoolers have an exciting experience to discover!

• On arrival children build relationships with volunteers and friends as they play in Activity Stations filled with toys and games to explore.
• Opening activity is centered around Theme based lessons
• Elevate Jr. begins with a video intro that introduces the main piont.

• Bible review with drama, games, or visuals
• Worship

• Craft/Snack
• Closing Activity Stations

Upon Pickup each family recieves a take home Family Devotional that reinforces Bible Truths.

m.Kids get Popping

Want a super easy way to make a difference in the lives of struggling families in our area?

Keep your popcan tabs and bring them to Mosaic! Ronald McDonald House (RMH) in Charlotte collects Pop Tabs to recycle and uses the money to provide room and board for families who have sick children in the local hospitals. Mosaic will have a collection container for pop tabs in the children's check-in area soon. There just isn't an easier way to help families out than taking 2 seconds to pop a tab! Also, RMH is always looking for groups to provide and serve meals to families staying there- another wonderful opportunity for small group/Team service! Find your "fit" on an m.Kids Small Team!

m.kids is actively seeking individuals with several of the following qualifications:

• Able to leap small toddlers in a single bound.
• Ability to figure out "where that smell is coming from".
• Willingness to pray for all sick pets by name.
• Should be quick to recover when you forget a kids name: a staple of generic names such as 'Buckaroo' or 'Fella' is a must.
• High pitched squeals do not give you the willies.
• Not embarrassed easily (especially during worship song hand motions)
• Must be able to "hold it" during your scheduled volunteer rotation.
• Familiar with the 5 second rule.
• Must be willing to do and try new things even if "we've always done it this way"
• You'll finally have an excuse for watching cartoons: It's considered research!
• Skilled at burping your ABC's
• Must have friendly smile:)

Kingdom Tales jr. week 3

Last Sunday we helped Sir Pogo and Darin the Daring Donkey make the right choice. We learned " I can help my friends do what is right! Everyone had an excellent time.

Mosaic kids are awesome.

All the kids were so happy to see Ms. Hannah feeling well and in church this Sunday! We Love you Hannah!! You make my heart smile:)

A Visit from the Queen

Discoverylane received a surprise Visit from the Queen this past Sunday. The kids were so excited! Together we Helped Sir Pogo make the right choice and learned what happened to our friend Jonah when he had a choice to make. Thanks m.kid Volunteers for another great adventure in Kingdom Tales!

This week we learned "the Truth Helps others". Wow! What a weekend! Thanks to all Volunteers for a fabulous Sunday. Be patient as we work out the kinks and grow into our new curriculum. Join Sir Pogo the Knight and Darrin the Daring Donkey as they search the kingdom for the Armor of God. Each week you and your children will find a new piece of armor, and find out what that armor represents in God's Kingdom.

This Sunday was Awesome!
During Dinner tonight, Mark, the girls, and I were still talking about the excitement of today. As a family serving together, Sundays are sometimes our busiest and longest day of the week. We always have so much to celebrate when the day settles down! New experiences and relationships to share as well as a deeper understanding of how important our efforts really are.

Tonight we made a list together.
We asked them what NEW things they experienced today. A list of how Mosaic Volunteers worked together, in a single service, in support of our common cause.
It was amazing the things my girls added to our quickly growing list.
1. Volunteer Pep Ralley in the gym!
2. Our current Series Tribes began today on a big red couch!
3. Mosaic Worship Team rocked! Beautiful Original Song!
4. Photo booth in the lobby! (A BIG Hit with the girls) Goofy Pics of cummunity everywhere!
5. New Small Groups Launch! Sweet!6. New Worship Media in Discovery Lane! 3 new volunteers training:) Wild Wild west Experience for Kids.
7. Kidscape rockin it with TONS of New faces!
8. Awesome New Middle School Team launches SWITCH! Incredible stage and set! Message- Transforming not Conforming!
9.DOUBLE STUFF launches Alternative experience for K-5 Volunteer Kids who attend both services each week.
10. New M. Kids Hub Team Set up in the Kids Hall.Are you getting the Picture!
We are a community with a cause!
Every week is new and exciting! God is doing BIG things!
No doubt we will hear some of the stories from today. Some will go unheard. But we are Anticipating Big Things...in the hearts and lives of the City we serve!
